Know everyone’s name

I passed the test without answering that question. Just before the end of the class, one of the students asked if that question would count toward my final grade. Of course, the professor said. No matter what job you have, you will inevitably have to deal with a lot of people, and there are none who are not important. They deserve your attention and concern, even if it is just a casual greeting. I have carried this lesson throughout my life.
